We talked about the tutu being a classical tutu shape, short, projecting horizontally from the waist and hip. (Not quite a pancake tutu) but the images below are representative of shapes we think would be successful. It will be a light pink for the chasing sequences and when she removes her jacket, it will reveal something akin to the image all the way on the right. A reveal full of sparkle and pretty beading.

At one point we discussed a hijab, but based on who you are interested in for casting, I’m not sure how they would feel about that since a hijab is inherently female.

We will take the cue from the location you choose as to how we will outfit our employees- In the costume meeting we discussed introducing RED in this ep, but we were not conclusive about if it should be worn here. Art Dept will guide us!

If this is who you cast, he would look great in something similar to this with a leather jacket or something very worn in, sad, non-descript

NEWARK POLICE DEPARTMENT

BALLET CLASS BOYS + GIRLS

Boys will wear black + white while girls will wear pink leotard, pink tights. To differentiate between the first class we see and the second class we see we could have skirts in one class and not in the other, unless the visual is more important of seeing more pink tutus abound in the episode. We will of course be prepared for either scenario.
